How to Troubleshoot Myrouter.local is Not Working?

Myrouter.local is the default web address mainly used to interact with the web management window of the Linksys router. It is basically used to interact with the different features and settings of the wireless router. A user has to use myrouter.local web address to access the web utility window of the Linksys router. During the process of router setup, there may be a possibility that you may face difficulty in accessing the myrouter.local web address and getting an error message on your screen. If myrouter.local is not working then a user would not be able to interact with the web interface of the Linksys router. Step 1: Firstly, you have to make sure that you have established all the physical connection correctly between computer and router as improper connection may lead to some issue. Connect the router properly and access the web interface of the Linksys router.

Step 4: There may be a possibility that the IP address of the router has changed automatically. The devices usually use the DHCP function to assign the IP address to the computer automatically. If the router enables the DHCP function then the IP address is assigned to the device on its own. The issue can be resolved by reset process. Once you complete the reset then you can use the default IP address to access the myrouter.local web interface i.e. 192.168.1.1.
