Step 4: Launch any internet browser of your choice from your device. Type the IP address 192.168.10.1 in the address bar of the internet browser. Click on the enter button. 

Step 5: Now, you will be navigated to the wireless repeater login page. 

Step 6: Enter the username and password for the wireless repeater. The default username and password is “admin”.

Step 7: Tap on the repeater option in the wizard section.

Step 8: Choose your wireless network from the given list. Enter the details of SSID and repeater password if required.

Step 9: Hit on the “Apply” button. The whole process will take around 40-50 seconds. 

Step 10: At last, check your WiFi connection and try to connect the WiFi-enabled device with _Ext network. 

Steps for Wireless N Repeater Setup Using WPS

For the wireless n repeater set up on your device by using the WPS method, you firstly need to ensure that your router and extender are placed 5-10 feet away. Follow the below steps for the wireless n repeater setup:

Step 1: The first step is to plug in the wireless extender into the electrical outlet placed nearer to the wireless home router.

Step 2: After that, press the WPS button on your home router until the power LED light does not start blinking. Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your wireless range extender. 

Step 3: Connect your router to the extender device. 

Step 4: Now, you have to wait for some time until the connection has been established successfully.

Step 5: Once your extender is connected to the router then you will see that the power LED light will start blinking solid green on the extender.
